RowanAir Pty Ltd is a locally owned and operated electrical and air-conditioning company based in Townsville, Queensland. Established in 2009 by Director and Founder Michael Rowan, the business has grown steadily over the years to become an established company servicing both residential and commercial customers.
As of 2022, RowanAir employed more than 20 staff. This growth has enabled the company to develop a dedicated management structure, including two Service Managers, a Project Manager and an Engineer who oversee and support the team in delivering quality services to its customers.
Under Michael Rowan’s leadership, RowanAir has built a strong reputation in the Townsville region for providing reliable, professional and trustworthy electrical and air-conditioning services. The company services both residential and commercial customers, with a commitment to quality workmanship, dependable customer service and practical solutions tailored to the needs of each client.
Through its continued growth and commitment to service excellence, RowanAir remains focused on supporting the local community and providing dependable electrical and air-conditioning services across the domestic and commercial sectors.

Our scope of work encompasses all facets of our respective industries. From small residential jobs to new home constructions and upkeep, we do it all. We can handle small to large industrial jobs. Everything we sell is serviced and maintained by us. We take care of everything when you engage with us. From the initial design consultation to installation and after-sales servicing, we've got you covered.
We are Townsville's preferred Daikin dealer and one of a few Daikin dealers in Townsville to have achieved Club Daikin certification. This gives us more buying power and we are able to offer our clients quality products at wholesale prices.
